Safeguarding statement 

A Learning Place Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment. All posts at our Centre are regulated activities. Staff in regulated activities will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and a barred list check. Other safeguarding checks (including an online search) will also be required. All posts at our Centre are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Applicants must disclose all convictions, cautions, and warnings that are not protected under the Exceptions Order 1975 (as amended 2013 and 2020).  All offers of employment are conditional upon satisfactory completion of the appropriate checks. It is an offence to apply for a role at our Centre if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
